ORDERING FROM ALL TERRAIN

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via our online shopping cart. Credit card orders may be placed directly Online. We also accept orders via post with payment by cheque, postal order, bankers draft or International Money order.

Cheques, money orders, bankers drafts, building society cheques and Postal Orders (etc) must be in Pounds Sterling (UK £) and made out to "Stephen May". Cheques etc are required to clear before goods are released and this may take up to ten (10) working days.

DELIVERY TIME

Because of the hand made nature of the product, Orders may take up to 10 days to complete (dependant on the complexity of the item and amount ordered) Most orders should be dispatched within 4 days of order confirmation.
 

PRIVACY & SECURITY:

Any data we hold about our clients is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not keep any billing details such as credit card numbers on file. All credit/debit cards are processed by our available PSPs via our shopping cart system "Roman Cart" or via NoChex or Paypal methodologies.

All prices on this site are correct at the time of Publishing, but are subject to change without prior notice.

SECURITY:

All Terrain use trusted 3rd Party Billing processors, via "Roman Cart" for your security and peace of mind. Their security and privacy is second to none, and use industry standard SSL encryption to ensure your personal details are kept as safe as possible through out the ordering process.

RETURNED GOODS & REFUNDS:

It is our aim at All terrain for you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from us. We always aim to offer you quality, and value for money. All items are checked by hand before being shipped to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Unfortunately some of the items on thinner bases (Roads and rivers) may suffer very minor warping, this should not effect there use in gaming, they just will not sit completely flat to the table surface. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its original packaging, together with your receipt and reason for returning and a full refund will be issued. I will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been damaged through misuse or poor care on the purchasers behalf. We recommend emailing before returning your item(s) to enable us to prepare a suitable repair/replacement item. We will then gladly exchange it, or offer a full refund.
All goods are shipped to the address you specify on checkout, if you are ordering via a paypal payment then your paypal address must also be the delivery address. Unfortunately we cannot send orders paid for via paypal unless the paypal account has an address registered to it.

Your Right To Cancel: You, as a consumer, have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within seven (7) days of the invoice date, or within 7 days of the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). If you wish to cancel your order, please email, or phone to let us know. If you have already received the goods you ordered, please return them to us, in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged to the address shown below.

Delivery is estimated (Posting + Packaging+Handling) by the orders total value, to the UK. Delivery to Europe & the Rest Of The world, is also estimated by the orders total value (Posting + Packaging+Handling), and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage.
